高校图书馆学科服务存在问题与对策

摘要： 选取学科服务发展较为成熟的英美两国,以及中国985、211等高校图书馆作为研究对象,对国内外学科服务发展进行了简单回顾,明确了学科馆员职责与角色定位。通过对中、美、英3国部分高校图书馆学科服务典型案例进行对比,总结分析了其各自特色,重点针对学科服务在国内高校图书馆中存在的问题进行了探讨,从8个方面对国内普通高校图书馆开展学科服务提出了可行建议。

Abstract: Selecting the British and American countries with more mature disciplinary services and the university libraries such as China's 985 and 211 as the research objects, this paper gives a brief review on the development of subject services at home and abroad, and explains the role and responsibility of subject librarian. By comparing the typical cases of subject services in academic libraries of these three countries, the author summarizes and analyzes their respective characteristics, and focuses on the problems existing in Chinese academic. 8 feasible suggestions are put forward for the general academic libraries in China who want to do well in subject services.
